Breakfast from 7 am to 10 am, heated pool access from 8 am to 9 pm, Wi-Fi and 24-hour valet parking. Reception is open from 8 am to 8 pm. Check-in starts at 3 pm and check-out is by noon. Tell us your expected arrival time; arrivals after 8 pm are received by the valet team.
Choose your accommodation
Luxo offers sea views. Super Luxo offers sea views and a whirlpool in units 01, 10 and 14, subject to release and availability. Apartments have different layouts, with and without sea views. Apartments 22 and 23 have two bedrooms and no sea view. Check the unit description, beds and occupancy before booking.
Romantic decoration, third-party massage and transfers are available by quotation and appointment. Breakfast is the only meal service currently offered by the hotel; lunch, dinner and room service are not included.
Discover Ilhabela
Beaches: explore Julião, Praia Grande and Curral in the south; Pedra do Sino and Jabaquara in the north; or ask about boat trips to Bonete, Indaiaúba, Fome, Eustáquio and Castelhanos.
On the water: kayaking, stand-up paddle, snorkelling, scuba diving and boat trips offer different ways to see the island. The southern channel trip lasts two hours and the northern route lasts four hours. Shared boat departures require at least eight passengers and suitable conditions.
Nature: waterfalls, Água Branca and forest trails suit different levels of experience. Check access conditions and weather before setting out. Jeep, combined land-and-sea activities and seasonal whale watching require confirmation; wildlife sightings are not guaranteed.
Culture and food: spend time in the historic village, Rua do Meio, museums and local restaurants. Meals outside the hotel are paid separately. Viewpoints and walks along the waterfront are options for a quieter day; Aquabus is public transport, subject to current routes and operation.
Ideas for your trip
Two days: a southern beach, an afternoon by the pool and dinner in the village. Three days: add a boat trip or time together with optional decoration or massage. Five days: alternate north and south, sea, forest and culture, leaving time for the hotel. These are suggestions, not guaranteed package inclusions.
Activity schedules are being confirmed. Experience prices will be shown during the reservation process when a confirmed offer is available. Before paying, check the date, meeting point, participants, equipment, transport, inclusions and specific cancellation or rescheduling terms.
Children, pets and accessibility
Include every guest and each child’s age when booking. Base rates cover two adults; additional guest charges follow the selected Cloudbeds rate. Cots and extra beds have no equipment fee but depend on unit capacity and availability. This does not waive additional guest charges.
Up to two pets, each weighing no more than 15 kg, are accepted only in Block C apartments with prior confirmation. The fee is BRL 200 per pet per stay. Pets are not allowed in the breakfast area or pool. Guide dogs are handled according to applicable law without a pet fee.

Arrival and reservation terms
Early arrival before noon costs 50% of the daily rate, subject to availability. From noon to 3 pm, early access may be free if the unit is ready and available. Late check-out requires prior agreement. All guests must be registered; identification and any required authorisation for minors must be presented.
Payment, cancellation, changes, no-show and early departure conditions depend on the rate selected and must be shown before purchase. Statutory consumer rights remain applicable. A cancelled or rescheduled activity does not automatically cancel the accommodation. When an activity refund is due, it covers the activity amount; accommodation follows the booked rate conditions.
